Annette Stapleton-Seaforth is a highly respected professional, her life and career have been shaped by personal commitment to national development. A member of the Public Service of Trinidad and Tobago from July 1984, spanning thirty-three years of continuous service.
Mrs. Seaforth is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Spain Corporation (the Capital of Trinidad and Tobago) – Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago) and the holder of a MSc. in Project Management and a BSc. in Sociology and Human Resource Management. A participant in the World Economic Forum in Washington DC in 2015. She then successfully completed a course of study on Integrated Urban Transport and Town Planning under the Singapore Cooperation Programme at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Centre for Continuing Education.
Mrs. Seaforth is a Certified Public Administrator and Guidance Counsellor. She is also a recognized Business Strategist and Indigenous Advocate for empowering people to build a sustained economy.
